About restaurant
Located in the heart of Vilnius, the premium restaurant Imperial
Imperial is one of the few places in Lithuania that attracts foreign celebrities, the elite of the entertainment, fashion, business and political worlds. The restaurant boasts the distinction of having won the World Luxury Restaurant awards in the Fine Dining category in Northern Europe and the Baltic regions.
True American cuisine is made famous by dishes that American Europeans brought back from their home countries. This eventually led to the creation of Haute cuisine - the world's best cuisine. The A La Carte menu features legendary masterpieces such as duck liver foie gras, fresh oysters from the French coast, marbled beef steaks, desserts created by Imperial pastry chefs, and other exquisite dishes. But you'll also find modern Lithuanian dishes, as well as dishes based on recipes reconstructed with the help of historians: the Lithuanian Nobles, the Radvilles, and Bona Sforza.
The restaurants and gala banquet areas were designed by designers from the USA, with Italian furniture craftsmen bringing their ideas to life. Highlights include gold-encrusted American walnut interiors, cognac-coloured crystal chandeliers, Versace tableware and French crystal goblets. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy the courtyard, which is decorated with flowers and plant arrangements.
The Imperial restaurant is very traditional: lunch and dinner are served only at tables covered with tablecloths and silverware, and the waiters are wearing white gloves in accordance with royal protocol.
No compromises on poor taste at the Imperial Restaurant!
